Speed King by Mathias Elgaard and Martin Magni, or Ma El for short, is a Dash-type game where you must collect all crates to unlock the door. The game has 100 levels.
Gameplay
You can move along all 4 directions. You can only move when you are at a corner; surrounded by at least two edges of the floor. There is no danger of going out of bounds. You need not physically escape the map; when you collect all of the crates, a door of gold treasure opens, signifying a successful completion of the level.
Similarly to Dash, there are obstacles such as spike balls which move in a certain direction (or lock onto your direction), killing you on impact. You sometimes need to deliberately move away from crates to get the spike to move away too.
There are also arrow shooters or laser blasters which intermittently shoot arrows in a particular direction (or lock onto yours). Sometimes, there are barriers or blocks which enable you to hide from these entities.
