Vamprotect by Spolarium is a puzzle game where you, a vampire, must reach a goal square. Death is caused by stepping onto a mauve square. The game has 50 levels.
This was one of the published games under the widely labelled "40 games bonanza", with the constraint being Fanweek 4's theme: Halloween.
Entities
- Purple Squares: These are the safe squares upon which you may bounce.
- Mauve (Light Purple) Squares: These are not the safe squares upon which you may bounce. In fact they cause death.
- Red Button: When pressed, it removes a certain section of mauve floor, accompanied by the emergence of grey cubes.
- Eggplant coloured hollow square: Indicates a tiles to which you may teleport. Note that you must directly face (be oriented towards) a tile from another section before you can teleport to it.
- Brown Boxes: They have a single purple square behind them, thus running behind them allows you to safely navigate through areas of mauve floor.
- Movable Pillars: These are pillars which change the landscape as you move. This can either be changing the floor colour, or disappearing/appearing altogether.
