z6px1 is a puzzle game by HexaPhoenix. It was part of the GuffoChallenges 14 event.

Gameplay

In this game, the player must orient the character named Zaot, such that its tip faces directly to the yellow goal in the correct orientation. In later levels, more tiles with new mechanics are introduced:

  • Tiles that rotate the player 90 degrees clockwise, represented by a 4x4 circle. Introduced in level 5.
  • Tiles that slide the player one step in a specific direction, represented by 2 parallel lines (only tells if it is horizontal or vertical). Introduced in level 12.
  • Tiles that break once the player leaves said tile, represented by 4 dots. Introduced in level 17.
  • Tiles that modify other tiles, by rotating, hiding, or moving them (which can be undone), represented by a button. The state is shown by a red or green color. Introduced in level 22.
  • Tiles that block the player into moving through, which could be moved by a button, represented by a 2x2 checker with a brown border. Introduced in level 26.
